Inspirational Sign for the BrokenHearted

I do a lot of driving around to small communities as a Realtor, and I always try to pay attention to church signs when I see them.  Some are quite funny, some are inspirational, and others are just heart warming.  The other day I drove by this sign in front of the United Methodist Church in Nashville, Michigan and had to stop and take a photo.

The message reads ‘The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and god saves those who are crushed in spirit’.  I suppose at least it is a reminder that we are not alone in our individual heart break at times, and perhaps others have felt similar sorrow.  I am not a Methodist, but but the message is universally spiritual, to my hat is tipped to those who wrote it.  They must be good people behind this sign.  To me this message warms the heart on a cold winter morning, at least a few degrees.

Thanks for your content. One other thing is when you are selling your property alone, one of the issues you need to be conscious of upfront is just how to deal with house inspection reviews. As a former FSBO seller, the key concerning successfully moving your property and also saving money in real estate is understanding. I learned selling as FSBO is the worst thing you can do. Pay a professional, as there is never any true ‘savings’ in the long run. Especially when you get sued for failing to properly disclose what you legally should have to the buyer. The more you understand, the more stable your property sales effort will be. Even though my comment has absolutely nothing to do with this blog entry, I wanted to make it clear that no one should ever respond to random FSBO websites that post on Realtor blogs, as they will screw you and cause you to lose money. So do not make the same mistakes I did. Hire a Realtor and don’t try to sell your most important asset yourself. I got sued, and am really paying the price.
